Thrive Juice Lab was founded in October 2014 by Cole Carson, who began the journey with a dream and a deep sense of purpose. Living in an Airstream trailer parked in a South Orange County driveway to make ends meet, Cole and the team worked tirelessly to bring the vision of an organic wellness café to life. Inspired by the loss of family members to health-related illnesses, Cole was determined to create a space where nutritious, organic food and drinks could make a lasting difference in the community.
At Thrive Juice Lab, nearly everything on the menu is crafted fresh in-house. Each location cold-presses juices fresh 7 days a week using hydraulic cold-press machines, bottling them by hand in glass ensuring they remain 100% organic, raw, and unpasteurized. This hands-on approach makes Thrive Juice Lab the premiere option for the absolute freshest organic raw juice found anywhere in Southern California. The team also takes pride in baking all-organic, gluten-free granola, making fresh sprouted almond milk, cashew milk, almond butter, coconut whip cream, house-made plant-based protein and much more!
The thoughtfully designed menu includes customizable cleanse programs, açaí and pitaya bowls topped with house-made granola and fresh fruit, as well as vegan coconut ice cream bowls. High pH alkaline water is purified and re-balanced at each location to support hydration and detox.
